RESURFACING work due to start on the A303 eastbound at Mullenspond Bridge at Thruxton this week is expected to be completed by Tuesday.
For the safety of the workforce and that of drivers lane one will be closed on the eastbound carriageway and a 40 mph speed limit will be in place.
The eastbound entry and exit slips at Thruxton and Weyhill will be closed during the works, which will take place overnight between 10pm and 6am. During the day lane one and the slip roads will remain open to traffic.
Traffic wishing to drive to Thruxton will be diverted by continuing along the A303 to the A342 at Weyhill Road Junction to Thruxton.
