ST MICHAEL'S Hospice concert: Everyone will be very pleased to know that the recent concert in aid of the hospice raised more than £513.

The organisers would like to thank all those people who came along that evening.

DAVE Galvin: I'm sorry to report that Dave died recently.

Many people will know him for his work with The Royal British Legion and the local polio group. He was also the cleaner at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall for a number of years and he supported all our jumble sales and fetes.

Our thoughts go out to his wife, Pat, and family.

PETER Pan: On Saturday, December 10, from 7.30pm, at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall, Proteus Theatre Company takes us to Neverland.

This is a 21st century creation and is haunting, gripping, moving and magical, which will delight children, parents and all who refuse to grow up!

Whatever your age, come along and enjoy an evening out at your local village hall.

Tickets cost £10, including a hot or cold supper.

For tickets or more details, contact me on the number above.

HEALTH walks: These take place on the first Friday of every month, leaving from St Paul's Church, The Green, Tadley, at 1.30pm.

The next one will be on Friday, December 2. There is no walk in January.
