PINK champagne was flowing at a Southampton beauty salon after staff raised £500 for charity.
Women at Lisa Edwards hairdressing and skincare salon in the High Street were pretty in pink for Breast Cancer Care.
Dressed in an array of pink clothing from tutus, T-shirts and even bras, the generous beauticians and hairdressers tempted clients with pink sweets, cakes and biscuits throughout the fundraising day.
Company owner Lisa Edwards donated pink gifts and products for a charity raffle while staff hosted a pink-themed lucky dip.
Meanwhile staff at the Fareham salon braved torrential rain and gale force winds to undertake an 18-mile sponsored walk from Fareham to Southampton. Appalling weather made the trek difficult but the determined fundraisers completed it in four hours, stopping only to collect donations from passing motorists en route. Their efforts raised an impressive £2,000 for Breast Cancer Care.
Lisa Edwards said: "I'd like to thank staff and customers. It's an incredible achievement for everyone to be able to contribute £2,500 to Breast Cancer Research."
