KING Sturge has let two more floors at Imperial House in Southampton city centre, shortly after successfully letting the ground floor to the Bank of Ireland.
Nik Cox, agency partner at King Sturge's Southampton office, secured the deal with accountants Smith and Williamson for nearly 9,000 sq ft on the second and third floors.
"This is the only completed new office building in the city centre and it shows there is demand from occupiers seeking modern, high-quality space," he said.
"Only the first floor of nearly 4500 sq ft is still available
and we anticipate plenty of interest."
Imperial House is situated on King's Park Road in the heart of Southampton's main business district.
King Sturge acted jointly with Austen Adams on behalf of landlord, Schrader Two Ltd.
