AS campaigners apply for a judicial review to keep Andover's New Street Medical Centre open, Mid Hampshire PCT is pressing ahead with the closure plans on 31 March.
Letters have been sent to all patients explaining why the practice is closing and what has been done to ensure they continue to have access to a GP.
Mid Hampshire Primary Care Trust has assigned all New Street patients to other GP practices.
Any patients who have queries about their transfer to another practice should call the Practitioner and Patient Services Agency on 01962 853361.
It is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.
It is not open over the weekend.
Leading campaigner Roger Pullen said the campaign was continuing, although it was unlikely there would be a review before the surgery closed.
