On the first year of Christmas my true love gave to me… a Festival to make you happy! 12 years on and that is still the case as Portsmouth Historic Dockyard will once again step back in time for the delightful Victorian Festival of Christmas, supported by Wave 105, on Friday 25th – Sunday 27th November.
