POLICE are appealing for people to be wary of being offered electronic goods this Christmas after a string of break-ins in Southampton this week.
A 40-year-old discovered his PS3 and games were stolen from his home in the Coleman Street, in the city centre, sometime between Monday and Wednesday.
Then between Sunday and Monday a thief broke into a home on Laundry Road, in Shirley, and stole a 40 inch LCD TV, a Dell Inspiron lap top and Toshiba netbook.
