Aluminium irrigation pipes have been stolen from a farmer’s field in Hampshire.
Police say the 40 pipes, which are all 30 foot long, were stolen from Pickwell Farm in Grange Road, Hamble for their scrap value.
Officers investigating the theft are urging scrap metal dealers to look out for the pipes – which have WMC4 and BHA 4 or WMC3 and BHA 3 written on them.
They were stolen overnight on Wednesday. <<11.01>> Anyone with information PC David Ahern at Lyndhurst Police Station on 101.
