A MAN has been given a community order, after police found stolen marine equipment in his possession, a court heard.
Marcus Wall, 22, from Yewside, Gosport, was found with a 10ft dinghy worth £150 and an outboard motor, worth £350.
He was found guilty at Fareham Magistrates Court of two counts of handling stolen goods and was given a nine-month community order, with the requirement to go to an attendance centre for a total of 36 hours. He was also ordered to pay £150 in costs.
