POLICE have cordoned off the entrance to a Southampton club after a brawl in the early hours left a man in hospital with facial injuries.
A crime scene has been declared around the Kelly’s Nightclub in London Road following an alleged assault.
Police said a 23-year-old Southampton man was punched in the face outside the club.
He was taken to hospital with potentially serious injuries to his face and head.
The incident happened at around 1.30am this morning.
A 21-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested.
