Hunt for teens who threw stones at cars on motorway
POLICE are hunting a group of teens who launched stones at cars from a motorway bridge.
A driver dialled 999 after seeing youths throwing items off the footbridge between junctions 13 and 12 of the M3 on Monday afternoon.
Police say that their behaviour has “serious implications” and mirrored two similar incidents last year.
On that occasion, the Eastleigh West Neighbourhood team launched a prevention and education programme in the area in a bid to prevent repeat offences.
