JURORS are expected to start considering their verdict in the Steven Waters murder trial today.
The 55-year-old is accused of murdering Anita Bawtree, 34, at their flat in Paynes Road, Freemantle, Southampton last April.
He denies murder but admits manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility linked to cannabis-induced psychosis.
The case is due to be summed up this morning before jurors retire to decide their verdict.
