A TEENAGER has been charged in connection with a multiple stabbing in Southampton that wounded at least four people.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is from London and faces charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and violent disorder.

He is due before Southampton magistrates tomorrow.

The arrest is linked to an incident in Cranbury Avenue on Tuesday, May 8.

As reported, two people were discovered at an address in the street, while a 17-year-old youth wandered into the Alexandra bleeding heavily from serious injuries to his arm.

A fourth person went to the Royal South Hants Hospital for treatment.
