POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was killed earlier this evening.
The man, who was not named, was in collision with a car on the eastbound A303 carriageway in Micheldever near Winchester and close to the M3 junction, shortly after 8.20pm.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the A303 eastbound and westbound carriageways have been closed between Micheldever and Popham and diversions put in place while officers investigate and clear debris.
