A TEENAGER who stabbed a stranger in the face has been told to expect a significant prison sentence.

Recorder Stephen Climie issued the warning to Daniel Slack, 19, who admitted wounding Michael Stone with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm in an unprovoked attack in Mansel Park, Southampton, in April.

Slack, of Itchenside Close, Southampton, was further remanded in custody pending sentence at the city crown court next month.
