A WOMAN duped Eastleigh Borough Council and the Department of Works and Pensions into paying her almost £20,000 when she failed to disclose she was living with her husband, Southampton Crown Court heard.
Verity Chandler, 32, of Felton Close, Netley, admitted three charges of failing to notify the authorities of a change of circumstances which affected her entitlement to housing benefit, council house benefit and income support.
Chandler had bail extended pending sentence on July 31.
