A man was assaulted and had his mobile phone stolen in an unprovoked attack outside a block of flats in Southampton.
The 52-year-old local man was robbed outside Queen’s House in Holyrood by a stocky ginger haired man who punched him to the ground, kicked him in the head, and then stole his black Alcatel phone.
The attacker, who was with a woman took no part in the robbery, was described as white, in his 40s, and about five feet 10 inches tall.
The victim escaped serious injury in the attack which happened at about 11.30pm on Wednesday last week.
