Accused fails to show up
MAGISTRATES have issued an arrest warrant after a Winchester man failed to attend court.
Jose Mira, 37, of Staple Gardens, didn’t turn up at Andover Magistrates’ Court last Thursday. Mira is accused of driving without insurance and while disqualified.
