POLICE want to speak to these two men after dog excrement was smeared over flat doors in a Southampton tower block.

It is believed these men could be responsible for the antisocial behaviour at Canberra Towers, in Weston between 1am and 3am.

Now officers want to speak to the pair captured on CCTV or anyone who has information about the “disgusting and offensive act”.

The first man is described as fair, possibly blond hair and in his early 20s. He wore a dark hoodie with the hood down and a knitted beanie hat with a light-coloured emblem on the front.

The second man is in his mid to late 20s with a ginger beard and hair.

He was wearing a blue top, black trousers and black trainers.

This man carried a black bag or rucksack. PC Mark Hawley, of Bitterne Safer Neighbourhoods team, said: “This was a disgusting and offensive act, taking anti-social behaviour to a new level. The offenders need to be held accountable for their acts.”

Anyone with information about the incident, which happened on Sunday, June 17, should contact PC Hawley on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
