Tenacious in Southampton
A CREW member on board a Southampton -based tall ship had to be airlifted to hospital after suffering from a head injury.
The woman was on board the Jubilee Sailing Trust's ship Tenacious, 20 miles off the coast of Devon, when she was injured yesterday evening.
Portland Coastguard's helicopter was despatched to the scene just after 8pm and airlifted from the ship and straight to hospital in Plymouth.
