THE Apartment tells the tale of insurance clerk Bud Baxter (Jack Lemmon) whose favour to his boss has spiralled out of control.

He lent the key to his apartment so his superior could enjoy the attentions of his mistress, but now all the management are taking advantage.

Baxter is left with a major problem to unravel!

The 1960s classic is showing at Harbour Lights Picturehouse on Sunday and Thursday in restored print.

The play, originally a novel by Mark Haddon has been adapted for stage by Simon Stephens.

The stage show depicts the tale of 15 year old Christopher who discovers his neighbour’s dog speared with a garden fork and takes it upon himself to find out more. But his detective father forbids him from digging deeper, which takes him on a scary journey that turns his world upside down.
