FOR a decade the Prince’s Trust team programme, run by the fire service in Hampshire, has helped disadvantaged young people.
And now they are looking to find some success stories of people who have been helped to turn their lives around by completing the 12-week course – to form part of the scheme’s 10th birthday celebrations.
More than 800 people have completed the course since it first started in 2002. Louis Kovacs, from the Prince’s Trust said: “Many young people who go on the course don’t have the skills or confidence to find work, and often they feel as though they have no hope.
“The team programme has helped many of these young people to turn their lives around over the years, enabling them successful careers. We would love to speak to those people and hear their stories as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations.”
