A JUDGE told a man who had received a kidney transplant: “This is not a get out of jail card. It will carry no weight if you commit another offence.”
Recorder Anthony Davies QC had heard how police had searched Stephen Bellbrich’s flat after smelling cannabis in the hallway. Inside they found about £65 worth of the drug.
Fellbrich, 37, of Mansbridge Road, Eastleigh , admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply and received a 50-week suspended sentence with 12 months supervision.
Richard Martin, defending, said he had been making a modest financial gain by supplying to friends.
