A French court has banned the country's Closer magazine from any further publication of topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge and ordered it to hand over all the pictures.
The photographs, taken while Kate and William stayed at a private residence in the country, have also appeared in an Italian magazine and an Irish newspaper.
France has very strict privacy laws compared to the UK, but these did not stop the French edition of Closer taking the decision to print the images.
