A MAN suffered facial injuries after being attacked in a Southampton car park.

The 36-year-old victim was hit from behind as he left a friend’s house in a block of flats in Macarthur Crescent, Bitterne.

He fell to the ground and was kicked in the head leaving him with a very swollen and largely bruised black eye and chipped teeth.

Anyone who saw the attack at 4.30pm on Monday, October 8 can contact PC Sophie Hill at Bitterne Safer Neighbourhoods Team on 101 or the anonymous Crimestoppers charity line on 0800 555 111.
