VANDALS have caused more than £3,000 worth of damage to a Hampshire park.

Since September yobs have been causing havoc in Knowle Park in Fair Oak, destroying trees, breaking benches and smashing alcohol bottles.

Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council are appealing for people to contact the police on 101 if they see anything.

I wonder who would be drinking alcohol in a park in an out of the way bit of the village?

And the police still don't know even though its been happening since September?

What do we pay our taxes for?
