JURORS have retired to consider their verdict in the trial of a Hampshire man who killed his partner and their baby.
Anthony Marsh is accused of the murder of 24-year-old Stephanie Bellinger and ten-month-old Lili, who were found stabbed to death in bed at their family home in Myrtle Avenue, Totton, in February.
The 22-year-old admits killing the pair, but denies murder on the basis of diminished responsibility, claiming he heard voices in his head telling him to do it.
The Winchester Crown Court jury retired to consider its verdicts at around 12.30pm today, after a trial lasting nine days.
