Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust, responsible for the county’s mental health services, has organised the survey and the results will be published in the new year. Everyone who takes part will remain
The trust's, Caarol Bode saud: "The survey is easy to use and should only take a few minutes to complete. All the information gathered is completely anonymous."
