IT’S a colourful contribution to the world of fundraising.
Every year hundreds of people turn out for the Oakhaven Colour Run, which sees entrants being showered with powdered paint as they run, jog or walk the course at Brockenhurst College.
This year’s run is taking place tomorrow and is already fully subscribed but the public can go along and watch the fun which begins at 11.30am.
All the money raised will go to Oakhaven Hospice in Lymington.
The run has gone from strength to strength since it was first held in 2015 and last years raised almost £16,000.
The hospice is preparing to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
Oakhaven will mark the milestone by displaying 1,000 ceramic forget-me-nots in the grounds.
