Race for life free training
A Winchester gym is offering free training advice to women taking part in the forthcoming Race for Life.
Gymophobics, a ladies-only gym on City Road, wants to help people planning to take part in the Winchester Race for Life on June 13.
The training will be on Tuesday evenings, starting on April 27, and takes place away from the gym. It will start at an appropriate level for all participants.

The free training is also being offered by Gymophobics at its branch in Southampton for its Race for Life on July 11. Both gyms are owned by Simon and Angela Lee.
