TWO brothers appeared in court this morning accused of the murder of Eastleigh newsagent Choudhry Zishan.
Jonathan and Samuel McKinley stood briefly at Southampton Magistrates Court.
Both men stood to confirm their names at the two-minute hearing.
Jonathan, 22, wore a black top while Samuel, 25, wearing a black puffer jacket and pink T-shirt, refused to confirm where he lived then said no fixed abode.
They were both remanded to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, April 4.
Mr Zishan 35 a dad of one died on Sunday, March 30 in Southampton general hospital of severe head injuries sustained in Eastleigh High Street.
