THREE men made a 20 minute appearance before magistrates today in connection with a major police investigation into drug dealing in Southampton.

The trio – brothers Ben and Bradley McCash, and their cousin, Darren McCash– were arrested following their probe into alleged dealing on a housing estate.

They were charged with conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine which the prosecution say is centred on in the Thornhill area of Southampton.

Following a bail application, Ben McCash, 21, and Bradley McCash, 22, both of Kilford Court, Botley, were granted bail.

Darren McCash, 31, of Port Solent, Portsmouth, made no application for bail and was remanded in custody by city magistrates.

All three were then directed to appear at the city crown court for a preliminary hearing into their case on July 18.
