A SOUTHAMPTON mother has appeared in court after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend.

Mum-of-two Loretta Judd appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, charged with the attempted murder of David Norwood-Miller.

As previously reported Judd was arrested after paramedics were called by her on-off partner to his flat in Redbridge Hill on Saturday, July 18.

After arriving at the scene they discovered Mr Norwood-Miller had suffered a puncture wound to his chest and three more wounds to his shoulder.

He was then taken with what were initially feared to be life-threatening injuries to the General Hospital for treatment.

Judd, 36, of Gatswick Close in Lordshill, was arrested on suspicion of attempting to murder him.

She was granted bail and is due to reappear on October 21 to enter her plea.
