A HOMELESS man has admitted damaging the window of high street store – but will not face further punishment, magistrates have ruled.
Gareth Aron Gough, 42, damaged the shop window of WH Smith in Winchester High Street on September 27.
Gough – whose address was listed as the Trinity Centre, a homeless charity in Durngate,Winchester, was not fined by magistrates due to his lack of means.
