Raid terrifies victim
A YOUNG woman has been left terrified after burglars crept into her home while she was sleeping.
The 24-year-old was home alone when the thieves broke into her flat in Archers Road, Shirley, Southampton, during the night.
They searched through her property and stole her laptop, her handbag, her purse with money inside, and her personal papers.
The victim alerted officers at just after 7.30am on Thursday.
Police have now appealed for anyone with information about the crime to contact officers at Shirley CID on 101.
