A VILLAGER has been banned from driving for three years after he was caught over the limit in Winchester.
Sebastian Tobin Carter, 26, of Woodman Lane, Sparsholt, admitted driving with excess alcohol on Andover Road on July 17.
Magistrates in Basingstoke heard his alcohol level in his breath was 83 more than double the legal limit of 35.
They fined him £120 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
The ban will be cut by 274 days if Carter passes an approved course by August 31 2019.
