AN ARTISAN bakery has opened a new store in Hampshire.
Warrens Bakery has teamed up with businessman Farhat Abbiss to open a new store in Market Street, Eastleigh.
The store offers a range of craft products including sandwiches, savouries, scones, artisan breads, cakes, sweet treats and Cornish pasties.
Mr Abbiss cut the ribbon during the official opening ceremony and said: “I’m thrilled to be working alongside the Warrens Bakery team to be able to provide Eastleigh residents with something new, yet traditional, on the high street.
“It’s been fantastic to see so many people already enjoying both sweet and savoury bakes and get the seal of local approval.”
The Eastleigh store is one of 20 Warrens plans to open this year, including one in Southampton and another in Winchester.
