Thornbury Wood, Chandler's Ford,
MORE than 20 firefighters from across the area rushed to battle a blaze at a house in Chandler's Ford.
The fire started from a log pile, behind a home in Thornbury Wood.
Firefighters say the blaze then spread to the garage of the house and then into the roof space of the bedroom above it.
Crews from Eastleigh, St Mary’s, Hightown, Winchester and Redbridge were called to the property at 12.10pm yesterday.
Firefighters used a high-pressure lance, as well as hoses and jets, to tackle the flames.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue say no-one was hurt in the incident.
