Fair Oak and Horton Heath’s Carnival Princesses chosen
AS carnival fever begins to sweep across Hampshire, villages are announcing their Carnival Courts.
Emma Sear and Grace Smith beat off competition from ten others to be chosen to be Fair Oak and Horton Heath’s Carnival Princesses.
The nine-year-olds will begin their reign over the festivities during the annual carnival on June 27.
