A BLAZE swept through an office block in Hampshire in the early hours of today.
The fire broke out in the first floor of a two storey building in The Gardens, Wallington, shortly before 12.50am.
An investigation has been launched into the fire.
Crews of 21 firefighters from Fareham, Portchester and Wickham fire stations arrived to tackle the blaze which had caused part of the ceiling to collapse.
They used three jets, a hose reel and breathing apparatus to fight the flames.
The building was badly damaged and crews spent nearly two hours using extractor fans to clear the badly smoke logged room and thermal imaging cameras to check for hotspots.
