AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD boy was plucked from the mud by emergency services after becoming stuck.
Firefighters and coastguards pulled him free of mud in Haslar Creek in Gosport yesterday after he got stuck up to his knees.
The water rescue unit from Fareham and Hill Head Coastguard were among the emergency services to be called to the incident near Walpole Park at about 4pm.
The boy was not hurt.
