Pupils at a Hampshire school have treated audiences to a West End and Broadway classic.
Teenagers at Hounsdown School, Totton, put on a play performance of Blood Brothers.
It tells the story of twins Mickey and Eddie who are separated at birth, with one raised in a wealthy family and the other in a poor family.
The twins’ different backgrounds take them to opposite ends of the social spectrum as one becomes a counsellor and the other unemployed and in prison.
They both fall in love with the same girl, which causes a rift in their friendship and has tragic consequences.
The production was on last night, continues tonight and finishes tomorrow night at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at £6 for adults and £5 for concessions, and a ticket form can be downloaded from www.hounsdown.hants.sch.uk/News/Blood-Brothers-Production/ to be returned to Student Services.
