AN ELDERLY man has been airlifted to hospital this afternoon after a collision on a Hampshire road.
The man, believed to be in his 70s is in a serious condition after being involved in an incident with a car crashing into a cyclist on the A3057 road in Timsbury, near Romsey.
South Central Ambulance attended the scene at 12.35pm along with a rapid response vehicle and a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
The man was taken by air ambulance to Southampton General Hospital where he is now being treated for a head injury.
