Council software upgrade
CIVIC chiefs in Southampton are set to rubberstamp a £300,000 IT upgrade.
Labour city council bosses are set to approve upgrading the authority’s adult and children’s social care management system.
The council will upgrade the system from the Paris 4.4 software to Paris 5.4.
