CONCERNS are growing for a Southampton teenager from who has been missing for nearly three weeks.

Police have launched extensive searches for Destiney Marston, 14, who was last seen in Lancashire on August 7.

Now officers have made a fresh appeal to help track her down after warning they are “increasingly concerned” for her welfare.

DI Nick Plummer said: “Destiney is a Southampton girl and I believe she is in the city.

“I am appealing directly to Destiney to make contact with us and let us know she’s ok. Destiney, you’re not in any trouble. Please come forward and let us know you’re alright.

“I would also like to ask the public to call us if they know where Destiney is to call us.”

Destiney is described as white, 5ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with long, light brown and blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a grey hooded top, stonewashed denim jeans, white trainers and a beige and black handbag.
