PLANS to transform a home in Peartree into flats have been withdrawn.
Developers had hoped to change the use of the property at 16 Garfield Road into two new spaces, including one one-bedroom and one three-bedroom flats.
It approved by Southampton City Council, a single-storey rear extension would have been built with associated bin storage and car parking.
However, the plans were removed by the developer on Friday.
