NEW flats are set to be built in Peartree.
Developers have been granted planning permission to change the use of the rear of the ground floor of 2 Bridge Road from a shop into two flats.
The new accommodation will consist of one two-bedroom and one one-bedroom flats.
The shop's front will be retained.
The plans were approved by Southampton City Council on Tuesday, April 17.
