THE boarded up Bulls Eye Pub in Butts Road, Sholing, Southampton, could become a Tesco Express store.

At least 21 residents have objected to the plans, saying delivery lorries will make the road unsafe but councillors will be recommended to approve them when they meet on Tuesday.
