Kidnap charge
FOUR men have been remanded in custody after appearing in court accused of kidnap in Winchester city centre.
Ian Skinner, 22, Mohammed Musa, 22, Joshua Folorunso, 22, and Pritpal Singh, 21, are charged with snatching Abdul Ibrahim at Tower Street multi-storey car park on January 21.
All four are also charged with assault.
The men, all from Hayes, Middlesex, were remanded in custody by Basingstoke magistrates to appear at Winchester Crown Court on February 12.
