POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a young woman was assaulted in a Hampshire bar.
Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they want to quiz over the incident at O’Neill’s in Winchester.
The 20-year-old victim was stood at the bar when she was approached by a man who touched her inappropriately.
He is described as aged around 40, olive skinned, around 5ft 3ins tall with a thin but toned body shape.
The man had short, crew-cut style black hair and was clean shaven with green-brown coloured eyes and large eyebrows, wearing a red checked shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes.
DC Chris Phillips said: “The bar was very busy at the time and a number of people may have seen what happened. If you witnessed this incident, or you know who the man in the CCTV is, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
